Note: If you already submitted a pre-order but did not receive a confirmation email there is no need to try again. If a reference number was displayed to you then your pre-order was successfully recorded. If you want to confirm this please email us at orders@brimbrothers.com.

Why pre-order?

When the Zone becomes available we will offer it first to those who have pre-ordered (subject to the conditions below) in the order that we received the pre-orders and as supply is available.

• You don't pay anything now.
• You can cancel your pre-order at any time by sending us an email to orders@brimbrothers.com.
• You will be free to accept or refuse the offer.

The conditions

There are a few things we want to bring to your attention before you pre-order:

• Launch date is not guaranteed. At the moment it is planned for mid 2013, but it could be later.
• Product details and specification may change before it becomes available for purchase.
• Price has not been announced yet.
• The Zone will not be available in all parts of the world. We reserve the right not to offer the Zone for pre-orders from areas that we do not support.
